Our Car: the “Limey”

View from the Martyrs’ Shrine, Midland

Green Ford Fiesta

You cannot miss our car: it’s the lime green one in the picture above.

We’ve had it for almost seven years.

Last night I dreamed that the “Limey” (my Brit name for it) went missing after parking it in front of a junk shop in a restricted zone.

At first, I presumed that it had been towed away. But it wasn’t at the towing compound. Then I felt it must have been stolen, but that didn’t feel right either. I hadn’t turned my back on it for more than a few seconds.

I never resolved what happened to it. I woke up.

Post script: On July 31st, 2018, our car burst into flames. So this dream was my premonition.
