We tend to forget (I have no idea why) that the planets, the signs and the stars are just symbols, and depending on which lens one is looking through, they can mean different things to different people.

My work as an Astrologer is to look at ‘event’ charts as if they were people. That way, we can understand them more easily.

The full Moon in Gemini this month is a case in point. Some see this event as ‘bringing magical and harmonious energies’. Really?

Are they looking at the same chart as me?

The Chart

We seem to be in the cross hairs of an especially triggering series of aspects. A Grand Cross of Sun Opposition Moon/Midheaven, Neptune Opposition Ascendant. That’s very powerful on its own. But the Inconjuncts are the warning signs that this is going to be a particularly difficult and perhaps destructive turn of events.

I warned you this past spring that trouble was coming, starting in December 2019 and culminating in January 2020. Ahead of time, I was focused on the Saturn/Pluto conjunction. What I hadn’t looked for, and therefore missed, was the fact that Venus is in the middle of this configuration. Is this fight going to be about Love? I wonder.

So, maybe the positive spin is the correct way of looking at it.

Moon Inconjunct Venus

There is the danger that if you spend so much time and effort trying to get what you need, you will not be able to give love to others. Thus this aspect can mean that you indulge yourself and expect others to do everything for you. Of course, if people think you are looking at things this way, they will not be inclined to help you. This will drive you to seek love even more and make the pattern even stronger.

Moon Inconjunct Saturn

This aspect usually means that your need for emotional security conflicts with your need to live with the world’s demands. Each of us needs to be accepted and loved for what we are, in order to have enough self-confidence to deal with the world. But we also have to learn to live with our own life situations in order to survive. In other words, we have to realize that we can’t have everything we want. With this aspect, these two needs are working against each other. Probably you will satisfy one of them at the expense of the other.

Moon Inconjunct Pluto

This aspect means that your emotions are very intense and not always easy to deal with. Often your feelings make you want to do or say something without knowing why. Also you may have very intense moods in which you withdraw from those around you into a world of your own. This should not be a very serious problem unless you have been brought up to have all sorts of fears and worries. In that case your actions will be driven by your fears, and you may behave quite strangely. If you do not feel accepted and emotionally supported at home, you may constantly feel guilty for what you think you have done to others, or jealous that people aren’t paying enough attention to you, or generally possessive of those around you.

Conclusion

The remainder of the aspects support the ones listed above, so I’m not going to be exhaustive about what they may mean to the world and his uncle.

The background of an impending Trump impeachment keeps shouting at me that this ‘event’ is totally about the 45th President of the United States.

But what exactly could it mean?

And then I am reminded that I had a very strange dream sequence two nights ago: Donald Trump was in Florida, and I came across him in the course of my business there (in the dream, of course). He reluctantly told me that he had decided to take some time off from his White House role.

In fact, he told me that it would be for exactly one year.

Then, in my dream, I remembered that I read that he had resigned from the Presidency.

But, I could tell he was not a ‘happy camper’ about having to do this. And the missing element in this equation? Melania…
