I’ve Come Home to Roost

Budgerigar

We’ve never had birds in our house before (at least, in my memory). Now we have three. This one is the quieter one, the other two, of a different breed, make a lot of noise. (I may not be able to concentrate for the next few days until I get used to them.)

BeBe doesn’t appreciate them at all.

Their reason for visiting is simple: their mom and dad are in the middle of selling their home and somehow three birdcages do not present an aesthetic that most potential home buyers would like. Besides, the cages take up a lot of room, and therefore would reduce the area of visible space. Once an offer has been made and accepted, the birds will go home again.
