The Dark Side

Potential darkness lurks within each soul,
Regardless how one feels about the Light;
Omniscience will not come until the goal,
Made manifest in Man, falls into sight.
Each ego strives to help protect its child —
The little personality — intact;
Haphazardly, it flees from something wild,
In case it should be swallowed up, in fact.
Until today, this knowledge has been lost,
So let me make the point so you can see:

Forget your fear; take hold of Life! Its cost
Increases your potential to be free…
Reality requires both me and you —

Each Dark and Light becomes the One from two.
