This is the house where I based the ITS CLAWS group in my screenplay My Satanic Struggle. It lent a certain reality to the plot line.
Here is the dialogue featured in the screenplay which references the house.
CALDER
No, but I psyche-scanned one of those ITS CLAWS girls.
GARRETT
That’s great! Did you get a fix, this time?
CALDER
What do you mean, this time?
GARRETT
Sorry, I forgot. Where does this terrorist live?
CALDER
The block bounded by Hastings, Pender, Heatley and Princess.

I found these images using a BING search. They are on a website called thennowmovielocations.com. Has someone been reading my mind?

I also found these images on a different site. They are close-ups of the front doors and alley side of the building.

And finally here is the aerial view of the location. The image was labelled “ItAerial5”. (And I’m not kidding…you cannot make this stuff up.)

Turns out that this precise location was used in the TV series IT, starring Tim Curry in 1990 as Beverly Marsh’s house.
The number of the house in the screenplay (written a year after moving back to Ontario in 1978) was listed as 447 Heatley. Well, it was close enough for jazz…
