Adam Lambert on American Idol

On Sunday night, Adam Lambert returned to Idol to mentor the top eight contestants for Queen week. The picture shown above is the moment when he was helping Jeremiah with his version of “Who Wants To Live Forever?” In the live show, this song turned into the most impressive performance of the night.

But what I didn’t know was that Adam had truly connected with that song at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2016, the day after the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida.
