Can a Tarot Reader Show Discernment Even with a Bias?

A friend and I were having a short discussion on Messenger, last night. He came across a video of Ellie Collins (probably the 5th one from the “Human Ascension with Ellie” series). He noted that she has a bias against Trump. (At this point, I felt like saying, “Who doesn’t?” but I kept my opinion to myself.)

I guess this comes from the ‘leader with five letters in his name’ being in an unholy alliance with ‘another leader with five letters in his name’ prophecy. My friend joked about the fact that she probably couldn’t count because Biden also has five letters in his name. (And, just to be clear, Ellie has stated that the US Presidents since 2008 all have had five letters in their names.) But only one has been associated with Putin, the presumed other leader. “No collusion, no collusion!”

In my friend’s opinion, someone who others look to for spiritual guidance needs to use discernment in all her dealings. I agree, but he hasn’t been watching her processes for the last year, as I’ve done.

In Ellie’s world, the Tarot cards are brilliant. They respond to her questions without hesitation, and if the question is biased, the cards will give Ellie a mixed message. If the questions are clear, the messages they give are also clear. In other words, be careful what you ask for.

Trump’s Two Cards

The overall proof that the cards are listening happens whenever she asks something about Trump. The first card is the King of Wands reversed.

This represents Trump, personally. The second card coming up frequently is the energy behind him.

So, is that clear enough?

Ellie herself says that the cards are “perfect”. But then she says that she, as the reader, can be mistaken. After all, she is only human.

What that implies is that anything that doesn’t suit the viewer can be ignored, especially when it runs counter to their own prejudices. We all have that ability. It’s called discernment.

Amen.
