Bracebridge Declares a State of Emergency
This spring, the water levels of Muskoka, the Ottawa River and New Brunswick’s Saint John River have exceeded all previous records. Sand bags have been used as dams and water barriers, with the Canadian Army helping out. But, unfortunately, not every effort has been successful, because the water has still managed to flood many homes and businesses. In fact, one cottage in Bracebridge was ripped off its foundations.

I wonder if this is how it must have felt for the people of Noah’s time. Time for an Ark?
