Wouldn’t you know it: Lindsey Graham‘s birth time is unknown, so I have randomized the chart and liked what I saw, so I’m sticking with 9:01 am. There are two inconjuncts, only one of which is dependent on the correct timing.

This aspect indicates that you have a positive, optimistic outlook on life, and you enjoy socializing with good friends. However, there are some dangers with this aspect. First, it can be a sign that you are self-indulgent and possibly even selfish, although this is not likely to happen if you have a good, strong relationship with your mother. You have a great need to be cared for and supported, to be accepted for what you are with no strings attached. If this need is fulfilled, the positive side of this aspect will flourish. But if your mother does not support your needs fully, you will feel insecure and will look elsewhere for support and fulfillment. In this case your concern will be totally for yourself with little thought for other people’s needs.

With this aspect you may have to build up your self-confidence while you are young and learn that you are as worthy as anyone else. Your natural tendency is to yield to authority, so that those people who are most influential in your life should be very careful about how they exercise their authority over you. If they try to control you too much, or if they make you feel that you just aren’t able to manage your own affairs, it will be difficult to correct the effects of this negative influence later in life.

(And they used to say that Hubert Humphrey was lachrymose. Graham seems to be cut from the same cloth.)
