Now, this is a contentious secret since Elizabeth I was considered “The Virgin Queen”. Was that a lie? To be fair, Francis Bacon is considered one of the most interesting characters from the late Tudor reign to the early Stuart one. But, if he was her son, why didn’t he get to be the King following her death?
Notice that there are no inconjuncts. This life should have been an open book. But, by comparing his birth chart to Elizabeth’s, we can determine if the rumour was true.
Do you see the conjunction between Francis’ Saturn and Elizabeth’s Mars? That’s the proof: Saturn is the Father in a man’s chart; Mars is the Son in a woman’s chart. Nothing else links these two so directly. So, I’m going out on a limb to say that the rumour was true.

I have several even more momentous Tudor ‘are they really the child of–?’ cases (how could any be more momentous than the above??? Well…) but I fear astrology can’t help, as the birth date or year of some of the characters’ involved are vague, not known. I think they wanted to keep them vague, as they had astrology in those times also. But the death dates are known. I guess you can’t work out parent-child connection from a death date of one, birth and death of another?

No, that would be almost impossible, I should think. However, I will experiment to see if there’s any merit to the idea.
