Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

Three court cases yesterday demonstrated that the criminal process is a long, slow-moving train. And, sometimes, the train can get derailed from reaching its logical destination. What is it that people really want? Naturally, to see the offenders punished, and justice to be done.
