Father-Son Conflict

In the first season of this story, Ephram and Andy butt heads almost all the time. Ephram, being just 15 years old, is missing his mom, who died in a traffic accident. Before her death, Ephram witnessed his parents fighting. He presumed that his father had been having an affair. Andy finally shared the secret that his son never knew: his mother was the one having an affair.

On the day his wife died, Andy had booked into a local NY hotel, in order to take a breather from the fighting. His cover story was that he had a conference in Boston. Ephram tried tracking Andy down, and when he couldn’t his suspicions were raised.

There are always two sides to every story. The truth is usually what is hidden, to protect the innocent.
