Toronto Island (1960)
It was part of my childhood: my Mom would take me on the ferry to the Toronto Island. For years, I have had this memory of being a toddler on the ferry, itself. But my view was mostly of the wooden seats with the window above. (It’s a fact that one’s childhood has a very limited perspective.)

In fact, the size of the ferry was immense, but I saw just a little slice of that reality. Strange, eh?
