Talk About Curb Appeal:

658 Manly Street, Midland, Ontario

On Wednesday, we drove by our old home, on the way to Buddy’s vet appointment. It looked great.

Later that same day, we got to walk through the house and visit the gardens with the present owners.

They’ve done an excellent job of maintaining and improving the house and gardens. Susan said that she wasn’t able to continue what she set out to do, but they completed it. It’s in good hands.

And, yes, it was weird being there, but satisfying in its own way. Even Buddy got to roam the back garden again. We visited with three of our old neighbours, too. Everything’s different but nothing’s changed. Isn’t that how life is?

It’s been 11 months, since we moved to Noelville.
