Having a 61 km convoy of tanks just north of Kyiv must be driving him crazy. The soldiers in those tanks must be getting very hungry.

In reality, comparing Putin to Napoleon isn’t as farfetched as one might imagine. Napoleon wanted to conquer Russia, but failed. Why? Because he tried to do it in winter. Now, Putin is trying to do the same with Ukraine. And he may fail, too. Even political strategists can overlook the obvious: supplies have to get through to the men in the field. Otherwise, they will down arms and walk away or surrender.
