How Is Chris, Today?
It’s something that my wife’s son-in-law says in greeting me. It always strikes me as strange, but then I think about it, and he’s quite right to ask it of me, in the way he does.
I am not Chris, except when I’m in this body. If he had asked, “How are you, today?” then I could answer from my spirit, and not my body. Interesting, eh?

I have a similar feeling whenever I am asked ‘How are you?’ – perhaps it’s why the standard answer is ‘Fine’ because our spirit is always fine.
