Rev. William Walter (October 7, 1737 [OS] – December 5, 1800)

Nothing should surprise me, anymore. This reincarnation research has uncovered another connection, one that I’d never noticed before. But before we get to that, let’s look at the Reverend William Walter.

Admittedly, the timing of his birth chart is randomized to the time I started work on this connection. There is only one inconjunct, but it is under some time restraint, due to the quick movement of the Moon. I suspect that sometime in the afternoon of that day, the aspect would have disappeared.
Moon Inconjunct Jupiter
This aspect indicates that you have a positive, optimistic outlook on life, and you enjoy socializing with good friends. However, there are some dangers with this aspect. First, it can be a sign that you are self-indulgent and possibly even selfish, although this is not likely to happen if you have a good, strong relationship with your mother. You have a great need to be cared for and supported, to be accepted for what you are with no strings attached. If this need is fulfilled, the positive side of this aspect will flourish. But if your mother does not support your needs fully, you will feel insecure and will look elsewhere for support and fulfillment. In this case your concern will be totally for yourself with little thought for other people’s needs.
However, if you feel emotionally secure and accepted, you will be able to give others the support that you would otherwise have been seeking for yourself. You will help others in their times of need, share what you have with those who have less, and find great satisfaction in taking care of people and animals.
I note that the accidental Ascendant is in Sagittarius, but because his Sun is definitely in Libra, he would be loathe to upset anyone, trying to straddle both sides of the equation. This may be evident later.

I have set the clock for 12 noon on the day of his death. Pluto conjunct the Ascendant is indicative of his passing, and the added bonus of a double Yod pointing at them, formed by inconjuncts to Uranus, on the one hand, and the Moon/Jupiter conjunction, on the other, shows me that his unfinished business would wait for another lifetime when the stars aligned again.
Reincarnation Research Links William Walter with Neale Donald Walsch

Again, I am surprised and delighted as to how these two individuals aligned to each other.

The conjunctions are so close, at times, that they are unmistakably the same person, but in two different bodies, in two different era, and yet the same country. Unfinished business, to be sure.
For instance, Walsch’s natal Saturn is exactly conjunct Walter’s natal Saturn @ 25° Gemini 51′. Hmm. Walsch’s natal Jupiter is conjunct Walter’s natal Moon @ 15° Leo (in Walsch’s 12th House). Hmm, again. And Walsch’s natal Sun is conjunct Walter’s natal Venus @ 16° Virgo. Walter’s ‘fatal’ Uranus is conjunct Walsch’s natal Neptune @ 1° Leo, while Walter’s ‘fatal’ Saturn is within 2° of Walsch’s Leo Ascendant. If these two aren’t the same individual in two different personas, then I’ll eat my imaginary hat.
When you look at Walsch’s birth chart, the Moon and Jupiter inconjuncts have expanded to include other connections. Maybe those “Conversations with God” are a continuation of Walter’s communication with the Divine. Maybe, they’re not.
