The Young Prince who Died Too Soon

Arthur, Prince of Wales (September 20, 1486 – April 2, 1502)

At fifteen he married Catherine of Aragon, and months later, he was dead from the sweating sickness.

This time is considered reliable, which, when it comes to British Royalty, is relatively mediocre. But the reason for that ambiguity seems to be down to the fact that Arthur was born in the middle of the night and no one knows whether it was the 19th or the 20th of September. I’ve opted for the 20th @ 1 am as this would be the closest to midnight between those two dates.

Notice that there are no inconjuncts. The aspects draw a doorway with trines and sextiles creating the frame and the oppositions forming a cross. One can only imagine what Britain would have been like, should he have lived and ascended the throne. But alas, it was not to be and they got Henry VIII instead.

We shall never know.
