Immanuel Kant (April 22, 1724 – February 12, 1804)
Philosophers are a boring lot. It’s hard to get excited about them. ESOTERICA‘s video about Kant, yesterday, almost put me to sleep. But, because I’d previously written about Emanuel Swedenborg, whom Kant ‘agrees’ with, I thought it might be useful to look at his charts.

The Kepler 8.0 guide says that Kant’s birth time is from a birth certificate. The fact that the Sun is just above the horizon line implies that someone picked dawn, which is usual when the birth time is not known. So, a grain of salt is needed here. The clear major aspect is a T-square pointing at the Moon (in wide conjunction to Mercury), squared to Mars on the one side and a Saturn/Midheaven conjunction on the other. At the same time, the Sun is in (almost exact) opposition to Uranus. These aspects are the main indicators of a philosopher. And just for good measure, Neptune is conjunct the North Node in Taurus. There is one inconjunct linking Venus and Saturn. Hmm.

It may have taken his whole life, but his ‘fatal’ Neptune is now in opposition to his natal Neptune (and now conjunct to his South Node in Scorpio). The interactive inconjunct is between his natal Sun/Ascendant conjunction and his ‘fatal’ Saturn. That’s interesting. At any rate, he came to some fascinating conclusions by the end of his life.

Amen.
