Emails Coming from This Address are Fraudulent

prohibitionatl.com

I was suspicious when emails started arriving in my spam folder from this address. At first, they were trying to get me to open them by claiming that my cloud storage payment had been refused by my credit card. For a solid week, I got two to three emails a day harping on the consequences of not having cloud storage for my photos, implying that I would lose them forever. When that did not work, they started switching gears. Lately (meaning, today) I got emails offering a preauthorized Avant credit card (overnight) and, just now, an AAA promo. They must catch a lot of phish with them.

Unfortunately for them, I’m a fish of a different species. I’ve caught the line they’re selling, and I won’t be taking a nibble of what they’re offering. Be warned.

Ive been getting hit with these for about 2 weeks. Most fall in Junk and I just delete. They are very persistent. Google inquiries look the there used to be a website for a company with that name (a bar in atlanta).
