A “Secret” Social Club for the Elite?

Skull and Bones (December 1832)

And speaking of esoteric (and strange) social gatherings, the Yale fraternity, Skull and Bones, has for a long time been the subject of speculation of what exactly goes on there.

Conspiracy theorists would have a field day with the whole idea of an elite secret society. My ears perked up at the mention of 15 members, What could be the significance of that number?

Oh, right…

Since the exact date in December, 1832 isn’t known for the creation of this fraternity, I took the middle of the day in the middle of the month to see what the astrological energies were. The Ides of December.

Anything this chart reveals is completely accidental, if such a thing exists.

There is one inconjunct, linking the Sun and Mars. Interesting. There are two T-squares: the Sun/Midheaven conjunction is the apex of the Ascendant/Jupiter opposition Saturn aspect; and Mercury is the apex of the Moon opposition Pluto one. And, for good measure, Neptune is almost exactly conjunct the South Node in Capricorn. That feels significant, at so many levels.

What do you think?
