Ride or Die (2026)

Sometimes, you just need to laugh. This is the silliest combination of heroines ever. James Bond meets Love Actually…

Or, more importantly, a female version of “Bad Boys”.

It’s a romp, make no mistake about that. It’s also a comedy wrapped up as a spy adventure. None of it should be swallowed whole, but enjoyed, one episode at a time. Each one ends in a cliffhanger of peril.

Tongues are firmly planted in cheeks, but Hannah Waddingham as Judith (the assassin) plays it straight, showing us the conflict of knowing that your working life is over because your employer thinks that you’re a W.O.A C.A. (woman of a certain age), meaning 50 years old. Olivia Spencer as Debbie (the M.P.’s wife) is the top-billed star of this vehicle. Both women are Executive Producers. That says a lot.

By the end, Debbie is calling the shots and Judith is suffering the consequences for going along for the Ride or Die.
