Political pundits everywhere are predicting an absolute wipeout at the midterm elections in November. Trump is determined to not be a lame duck president again. So, will he go nuclear? Probably.

He has realized that there is a lag between the law (and lawmakers) that allows his some latitude before action is taken against whatever he suggests. The time is shortening. And timing is everything.

Because of the Supreme Court of the United States, Trump feels that he has absolute immunity.
