On the 31st of October 1987, I was sitting for a psychic portrait by Coral Polge, in the UK. A man, looking like a banker, sat (on the Other Side) for her. I didn’t recognize him at the time, but when I saw this picture in 2007, I realized it was my father, replicating this photo (taken by his brother, Fred). I no longer am in possession of the portrait, but I can assure you that the resemblance was striking.
Coincidentally, the date matches the date of my father’s funeral service at St. Andrews United Church in Sudbury, ON, Canada.
(P.S. Oops! My diary note, written in a 1987 calendar book, states that the Coral Polge sitting took place on the 24th, four days before my father died. As he had been admitted to hospital then, he must have been slipping in and out of consciousness.)
Wow, Uncle Ewart was a very powerful man!

Powerful? In what way, Liz? That he could project himself in the spiritual world to visit me?

My diary entry for the 24th of October 1987 states that I attended Sylvia’s house that Saturday night, not the 31st. My dad may have been in hospital, in and out of consciousness at the time of the sitting…
