Louise Arbour (February 10, 1947)
The issue of a Governor-General being fully bilingual must have been the deciding factor in her nomination by Prime Minister Mark Carney. Ms. Arbour’s life story is interesting, to say the least.
She attended convent school, during which time her parents divorced. As editor of the school magazine, she earned a reputation for irreverence.

That irreverence shows up in her (randomized) birth chart as the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Leo bookending her 5th House cusp. I would say that this makes her chart, more-or-less, correct.
Saturn is the apex of a Yod (Finger of God), formed by inconjuncts to Mercury and Venus. Hmm. The other inconjunct links Uranus to her Midheaven, so take that aspect with a pinch of salt. Just sayin’. Venus is conjunct the Part of Fortune @ 4° Capricorn, and since they are both in the 9th House, they indicate that her greatest achievement in her experience is beyond the three score and ten years of a normal life. Overall, I get the impression that she dearly loves her country, Canada, and justice.

Amen.
