Maybe this mockery of Trump will backfire…
Maybe we’re all playing right into his manipulative hands.
Someone posted an image of the blimp from behind, and made it seem that Donald J. Trump had done the posting. Just one small flaw: it wasn’t from his ‘real’ Twitter account.
Political satire has been around since Punch was first published, but no one ‘faked’ the news. They just played with the truth to make a point. Maybe we’re missing that point.

It was a repeat of a parody Facebook post by the Iain Duncan Smiths from 2018 called “Donald in the Sky with Diapers” (to the tune of “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”).
