It’s a thought that never goes away: are our pets subject to the same planetary influences as we are?

Our parrot’s ‘hatch’ time is unknown ( when she hatched out of her egg). I’ve set the clock for noon, just to see what jumps out at me. Of course, that makes her Libra Rising, just like her ‘mother’ Susan. Hmm.
Venus Inconjunct Pluto
This aspect may mean that you are very possessive and demanding of your loved ones. You may not want to accept the fact that your friends can love other people besides yourself. Let your friends be themselves freely when they are with you, and try not to be too demanding of their time. Love for friends and relatives should be given freely, not used as a way to control them. If you do that, you will lose their love.

Jupiter Inconjunct Neptune
You are an idealist with very vivid dreams about how you want your life to be, and at certain times in your life you will follow those dreams with all your energy. But sometimes these idealistic dreams will let you down, because you are not concerned enough with what is real and possible.
By itself, this aspect does not guarantee that you will have such problems, but if it is reinforced by other, similar aspects in your chart, you should certainly be careful of a tendency toward escapism.

Conclusion
It might seem laughable to some people that a couple of aspects can describe our parrot so well. But doesn’t that tell us something about the nature of reality in this 3D world? All are ruled by the stars.
