Sundance Kid (May 24, 1867 – November 7, 1908)

I didn’t intend to ignore the Sundance Kid. In fact, a part of me wondered if he and Etta Place were the precursors of Bonnie and Clyde. However, Etta never took part in the robberies, so that isn’t an exact match, in my humble opinion. The Kid’s relationship with Butch Cassidy is interesting on its own.

I have rectified this birth chart to set his moving West to the position of Jupiter at age 15. His South Node more or less matches when he met Butch for the first time. Again, that implies that they had met in a previous life. I was also pleased to see the inconjunct between Venus (Etta Place) and his Libra Ascendant..

When comparing his chart with Butch’s, I wasn’t surprised to see so many planets aligning between them. After all, they were born only 13.5 months apart. Could they have been brothers who died during the American Civil War? Hmm.

Since they both died at (more-or-less) the same time in the early hours of November 7, 1908, it means that we can combine their birth charts with their joint ‘fatal’ chart. The dynamic is obvious, isn’t it?

Yes, they were definitely part of The Wild Bunch.
