Predawn

Sky watchers tend to exaggerate planetary lineups when they anticipate some alignments, like the one for tomorrow. The above illustration is a case in point: in reality the ‘straight’ line will be stretched across the sky in an large arc, and the planets will be in a different order. One will be ‘missing’, while another will be highlighted.

This illustration is smaller, but more accurate. Venus is invisible because it will rise after the Sun and Moon rise tomorrow. This shows how misleading some posts are. But the intention isn’t to deceive, but enlighten. I just wish they’d get their facts straight before they share their ignorance to the whole world.
