I Saw the Urologist Yesterday

Yes, my prostate has early stages of cancer in three of the 12 samples taken during the biopsy.

This is a slow growing type of cancer. In fact, my doctor in Barrie thought something may be up with my prostate three years ago. She was going to send my file to a specialist, but nothing ever came of that referral. In 10 to 15 years, some symptoms may show themselves, but ‘something’ else could get me before then. I can have radiation but that sometimes causes more problems than it cures.

Nothing is written in stone, so we’ll take it one day at a time. Bless.
