The Seven Angels of Revelation

Sometimes, we cannot see the Truth, even when it’s staring us in the face. Sometimes, we have to look at things as if in a mirror (“through a glass, darkly” 1 Corinthians 13:12).

So, in a blinding moment of recognition, I saw a connection between the Seven Angels and the Seven Churches of Asia (Minor) in Revelation.

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. (Revelation 1:30)

They are meant to be mirror reflections of each other.
