A Man Destined for Greatness

Winston Churchill (Nov 30, 1874 – Jan 24, 1965)

Most people think this man saved the United Kingdom from being overrun by Nazis during World War II. But as always, he didn’t do it alone. His words did.

The timing of his birth is usually set @ 1:30 am, but my Kepler 7.0 computer program has it set @ 1:39 am, so I’m going to leave it there. What that means is the Ascendant moves from the last degrees of Virgo to the first degrees of Libra. Interesting.

Yes, and there’s a Yod (Finger of God) pointing at Pluto. I wonder what that means for Churchill?

With this aspect you must learn a great deal about the kinds of friends you want and the kinds of experiences you will have through other people. Even while you are still young, you may meet persons who are quite difficult to get along with, but who seem to be impossible to get away from, even when you want to. You may be fascinated by such persons, or circumstances may force you to stay with them. These people do have a definite role to play in your life, but it may not always be a pleasant one. They will teach you something about life or about yourself.

However, you don’t have to put up with difficult or unpleasant relationships, because if you think about it, you will realize that you are drawn to these people in order to fulfill your own hidden emotional needs. Think about what you really want from others so that you can find it in a better relationship. And if you encounter people who won’t allow you any freedom, which can happen with this aspect, then avoid them.

This aspect may also mean that you are very possessive and demanding of your loved ones. You may not want to accept the fact that your friends can love other people besides yourself. Let your friends be themselves freely when they are with you, and try not to be too demanding of their time. Love for friends and relatives should be given freely, not used as a way to control them. If you do that, you will lose their love.

[Stalin comes to mind.]

You have a great deal of creative power, and the major challenge of your life will be learning how to handle it. First of all, you must realize that you will get the most out of life if you direct your energies toward helping the people around and those you love. You will want to change many conditions in the world, which is fine as long as your reasons are not purely selfish ones.

If you use the energies of this aspect selfishly, you will have serious conflicts with authorities, persons in power and adults in general. You may try to make changes before you have learned how to do so creatively, without provoking such resistance that your efforts are blocked. To be effective, you must have the necessary skills.

You may have a natural talent for dominating others, but don’t fall in love with this talent and be motivated by it. You can be effective at influencing people only if you use your power to help others and yourself achieve desirable goals together. You must be an agent for betterment at all times, and even so you must listen to others’ ideas about betterment to be sure you aren’t just seeking power in a more roundabout manner.

Even at best you will get a certain amount of resistance from others, because they will feel your energy and be afraid of your motives. Unless you show them that your motives are good and that you can be reasoned with, you will run into opponents who are more powerful than you, who will stop you and make your efforts futile.

[Hitler, anyone?]

This image was shown destroyed in the season one, episode ten of The Crown, but was it really?
