This Man is Canada’s First Lord

Louis Hébert (1575 – January 25, 1627)

When I first read the name of Louis Hébert in connection to a proposed loan from Étienne Brûlé, I thought to myself: “Ho, here’s my friend Raymond, from the distant past…”

Because we do not know his birth date, we will have to be content to look at Louis’ ‘death’ chart, only.

As usual, I set the clock for noon, to get a sense of the day it happened. Now, as I look at the planetary positions, I recognize that some of them are reflected in my own birth chart, but this post is about Raymond, and not me, so I will skip to a combination of Louis’ death chart and Raymond’s birth chart. It should yield us some interesting connections.

Only one conjunction is ‘almost’ exact: Louis’ ‘fatal’ Saturn and Raymond’s natal Neptune @ 27° Virgo. But the other links are within one or two degrees: Louis’ ‘fatal’ Mars and Raymond’s natal Mercury in Capricorn; Louis’ ‘fatal’ Moon and Raymond’s natal North Node in Libra; Louis’ ‘fatal’ Jupiter and Raymond’s natal Mars in Scorpio; and Louis’ ‘fatal’ South Node and Raymond’s natal Moon in Aquarius. I think that’s enough ‘proof’ for our inquiring minds.

There are no accidents. Étienne and Louis were meant to meet again in the 21st Century.

Hi, Raymond: I hope your life between lives is going well.

Doh… I just realized that Brûlé means “burnt”, an obvious allusion to his ancestors’ lives as farmers.
