Metaphor: Caterpillar, Cocoon and Butterfly

Rebirthing

I’ve been re-reading Bob Frissell’s book for a couple of weeks now. I had forgotten that his spiritual work was centred on Rebirthing. My wife, Susan, is presently waiting for a monarch butterfly to complete his metamorphosis. The two events are dove-tailing (as they always do).

Since the Mayans speak of the importance of staying out of fear, let’s take a moment to see why. When you are under the effect of your fears, you are in a state of contraction, you are holding on, you have locked this energy in place. This puts you in the lower three centers (chakras) and stuck in survival; the most limiting aspect of life is all that is available to you.

Rebirthing is the perfect healing tool, as it enables you to transmute your fears and limitations (your darkness) into your greater sense of well-being in ways you have never dreamed of and that will absolutely amaze you! This allows you to raise your vibratory rate so you are in harmony with Mother Earth, and in direct experience of the One Spirit.

The only way to unite with the Oneness is to discover it within. This is the only way, and in so doing you’re merging with the infinite power of the universe.

The practice we are talking about here is rhythmic breaths in which “inhale” and “exhale” are connected without any pause. The emphasis is on pulling the inhale; the exhale is totally relaxed. This will facilitate the movement of energy in your body— very pure, very powerful light energy, the energy of the life force itself.

Rebirthing, however, is much more than just breathing; it is a combination of breathing energy along with consciously using your mind so that you bring the two into harmony, working in alignment with each other.

Remember what I titled this blog? That is the way to imagine what is going on within you.

Bless.
