David Bowie (January 8, 1947 – January 10, 2016)

Is this one of my prime examples of the Mandela Effect? I even remember discussing the fact that David Bowie‘s birth time of 9:00 am should actually be 11:50 pm, as stated by the author of his biography, Paul Morley.
David Jones shared the same birthday with the first Dr Who, William Hartnell, with Graham Chapman of Monty Python, with Gypsy Rose Lee, Shirley Bassey and Elvis Presley. There are various suggestions about what time he was born, as though this might make a difference, in terms of the moment he entered the world, on planet earth, the exact accidental time amidst the vast flat-out unfathomable swirl of billions of years that he made his very first spectacular appearance. This is when he decided to turn up, or when it was decided for him.
I like the idea he was born at 11:50 p.m., a mere ten minutes before midnight and 9 January, another day, and another life, altogether. A last minute gasp. Manipulating his circumstances already, he fought to be born the same day as Elvis — and Shirley.

Yes, that Neptune conjunct Ascendant @ 10° Libra seems right to me. There are three inconjuncts.
Sun Inconjunct Uranus
There is a side of your personality that is very restless and impatient with rules, even when you know they are for your own good. You want very much to go your own way and do your own thing, even when you aren’t entirely sure that it is the right direction for you. So you rebel in subtle ways by having sudden fits of obstinacy and moods of feeling very contrary.
Sometimes the energy of this aspect comes out in other ways as well. At times sudden upsets may occur in your life that totally alter your plans, so that you have to change course entirely. When this happens, you must learn to yield to the pressure and flow with the change.
Mercury Inconjunct Saturn
This aspect can have several different meanings. First of all, you may have hidden fears that are difficult to express, but they cause you to do things that others can’t understand. These may include fear of the dark or of certain places or people. Or this aspect can mean that you often feel depressed and sad for no apparent reason. You tend to see the serious side of life, and it weighs on you more than on most people.
Mars Inconjunct Uranus
This energy may be expressed as a hot temper, especially when you have to endure restriction or limitation. You have a rebellious streak that needs to be disciplined, because everyone has to endure some restrictions, and it takes so little to trigger your temper.
Sometimes you may make sudden moves that startle people. You may make a decision very quickly and start to act on it immediately, but that is not such a good idea. Make up your mind more slowly, or at least wait for a while until you start to act. If your idea still looks good a couple of days later, it is probably all right to go ahead with it.

This is serious starlight.
