Post #3500: Maybe It’s Time to Stop the Regime(n)

Inside Outside Upside Down

By the end of this month, I will have been writing constantly for nine years on WordPress.

In that time, I have shared my poetry, my dreams, my manuscript about Jesus, and commented on the social and political issues of the day. It’s been a blast, but it has taken a toll on me. Mostly, I have felt ignored and overlooked, mainly because of the lack of feedback from my (supposed) 749 followers. My only ‘fans’ have been spammers commenting on various posts, saying nothing about the work and just about their intended messages. I have consistently blocked them, but one of them creates a new ‘persona’ every day.

But today, I’m feeling tired, so I’m going to take another break from the daily grind. Whether I come back to do any more work depends on how I feel (of course). For now, I’ll leave you with one last thought:

“The world is upside down, and we can no longer find the truth outside: so, go inside, instead.”

About cdsmiller17

I am an Astrologer who also writes about world events. My first eBook "At This Point in Time" is available through most on-line book stores. I have now serialized my second book "The Star of Bethlehem" here. And I am experimenting with birth and death charts. If you wish to contact me, or request a birth chart, send an email to cdsmiller17@gmail.com. (And, in case you are also interested, I have an extensive list of celebrity birth and death details if you wish to 'confirm' what you suspect may be a past-life experience of yours.) Bless.

Oh boy Chris do I identify with your remark about being ignored and overlooked! Me too … such little feedback for my articles, ebooks and radio shows since the advent of the internet. It’s all so dispiriting, and tiresome but I think I’ll keep on keeping on, and I recommend you do the same, despite our shared weariness.

I, for one, will miss having your daily musing land in my inbox. I may not always comment, but I always read them. They bring me comfort in knowing a little bit more about the things in your head. I understand your feelings though, and hope you have a good rest for now xx

Following on from a communication with Fenella Rundell, I think I’m going to start posting once a week, at least to start, and see how I get on.
