Jane Goodall (April 3, 1934 – October 1, 2025)
We watched the first episode of a new series on Netflix, called “Famous Last Words”. The premise of the program was to air a recording of famous people after they die. In this case, the timing couldn’t have been more apropos.
At the end of the program, Susan and I applauded what Dr. Goodall had said at the end. Her “Famous Last Words” were heartfelt and powerful.

The Moon on a Sagittarius Ascendant! In a nutshell, the essence of her journey through life. She said that her mother was supportive of all her endeavours, even while Jane was a toddler. The need to explore “The Dark Continent” (Africa) came to her early in life, and by 10 she knew what she wanted to do. Someone or something had been protecting her on her life’s journey.
Her greatest impact may be will be now, after her death at 91.
