No Family Is Perfect

This won’t be a longwinded post. We have a tendency to think that everyone else has a family that’s better than ours. Surprise, surprise! They don’t.

There is a spiritual theory that families are made up of individuals who are karmically connected. In other words, we have made life contracts to come back together in the present to iron out issues that came up in past lives. Literally, if you fix it in the present time, you fix it for all time!

In the family I grew up with, we have finally put some of our personal issues to bed, permanently. But our children, and our children’s children still have a few things to work out, to the third and fourth generation.

Hmm.
