Incident at Devil’s Den (2018)

I’ve read enough disturbing accounts of alien abductions to recognize the truth when it slaps you around the head. Starting with Whitley Strieber’s “Communion” in 1986,I have watched from the sidelines, half expecting that others would experience similar ‘adventures’. Thank God they haven’t happened to me.

The ‘extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof’ statement is born out with this book by Terry Lovelace. As an early alien contactee, he has buried more details than most of the rest of us have remembered in our lifetimes. I do not have his birth details, so I cannot look at the man, himself.

The ‘event’ was very vague in the book as to the date that it took place. But another source spelled it out.

I chose 11:00 pm to see what the middle of the event looked like. Interesting. Only one inconjunct links the Sun with the Midheaven. I won’t delineate the aspect because the timing is speculative, but ‘close enough for jazz’ as my friend, David Lowe, would say.

I think this should be on everyone’s reading list. The hypnosis Terry went through is quite accurately presented, including his attempts at resisting hypnotic suggestions. I’ve been there, done that. It’s surprising how memories can be tapped, even without a word being said. Terry remembered a lot, but perhaps not everything. There is a second book, so maybe it will fill in the blanks. Fascinating stuff.
