Transformation 2026

I’ve been following Whitley Strieber’s story since “Communion”. I read the following two books (“Breakthrough” and “Transformation”) that he published that carried on from that initial experience. Now he’s revisiting the events of the next couple of years in his latest book.

Their 7-year-old son, Andrew, must have had an encounter with “The Visitors” on the early morning of April 2, 1986. Here’s the chart of the time that Whitley woke up from his sleep to find that his son was missing from the cabin in upper New York state.

My original chart for “Communion” had Accord, N.Y. as the cabin site. Using Google, it suggests ‘near’ Kingston, instead. So, that’s where this chart is based. I expected to see something significant with Pluto. I wasn’t expecting it to be conjunct to the Midheaven, opposite the Part of Fortune. Interesting. There are no inconjuncts, so this is mostly positive, as far as my understanding is concerned.

Comparing it to the initial “Communion” event helped me to see that the charts are connected in unexpected ways.

It looks like the Moon, in the second chart, is inconjunct the initial Midheaven. The initial Moon is opposite the second positions of Mars and Neptune. Pluto, in both charts, is at 6° Scorpio, which isn’t too surprising since only four months had passed between the two events. (It is interesting to note that the Moon was almost full on the “Communion” night.) Could it be that only certain astrological setups allow for ‘visitations’?

Obviously, the remoteness of the cabin may have allowed those ‘visitations’ to go undetected.
