Vladimir Putin (October 7, 1952)
Here’s another chart I’ve neglected until now. The whispers from the Other Side have hinted that Putin is the reincarnation of Julius Caesar. This should be interesting…
Is there a direct tie into Caesar’s chart? I think so.
There is only one trine in Putin’s chart and it is the aspect between Mars and Pluto. This cannot be a coincidence. And the fact that Putin’s Mars is in Sagittarius, Caesar’s rising sign, has to double the effect, as the Yod (Finger of God) in Caesar’s birth chart pulled these three energies together.
In Putin’s chart, there is a double inconjunct, so I will focus on that:
Jupiter Inconjunct Saturn
This aspect may signify great restlessness and unease, so that it is difficult for you to achieve a state of balance or feel calm and at ease. Often you have contradictory impulses; you want to plunge ahead into some relatively risky activity, but you are held back by feelings of caution and inhibition. It is often difficult to decide whether you want to act on your own or in a situation that is very structured and regulated. If your situation is too structured, you will feel closed in and repressed; you will want to break free and go off by yourself and do things your way. But when you get that freedom, you feel rather lost and at loose ends, and you find it difficult to set your own pace.
The best solution is to learn to discipline yourself and structure your activities so that you do not have to contend with regulation by others. Then you will discover that your problems with authority come from within, not from the people who are trying to give you discipline and self-control from without. Perhaps the best way to handle this problem in your life is to make a reasonable evaluation of any situation, make up your mind rather quickly and stick to it until you have completed the activity.
Jupiter Inconjunct Neptune
You are an idealist with very vivid drams about how you want your life to be, and at certain times in your life you will follow those dreams with all your energy. But sometimes these idealistic dreams will let you down, because you are not concerned enough with what is real and possible.
Perhaps you should not gamble or take excessive risks at any time in your life. Your dreams in this area also will probably go far beyond reality, and you will take chances that can’t possibly be realized.
Your idealism can be the source of much creative imagination, leading to profound insights and realizations, but only if you remain connected with the actual day-to-day universe in which the rest of the human race lives.
Saturn Conjunct Neptune
Wherever this aspect affects the chart, it brings about a feeling of insecurity, as if reality itself were not quite dependable. You are fearful and tend toward depression. However, if you master its energies, you can learn to live with very little. This aspect does not necessarily mean that you won’t have physical resources, it merely means that they are less essential to you than to others. Many persons with this aspect choose to be unencumbered by material possessions, preferring to live ascetically, with few comforts. And the psychological effect is similar, in that you may have a very great capacity to sacrifice yourself for others or for your beliefs.
Ruler of the Whole World
Imagine having to wait almost 2,050 years to have a second chance at your original goal. But what is time, but a human construct, to explain why everything doesn’t happen immediately…
Jupiter in Putin’s chart is coming back around to the position it had when Caesar was born. And Putin’s Ascendant is conjunct Saturn in Caesar’s chart. Because that energy combination is opposed by Caesar’s Sun and Putin’s Uranus conjunction, I can only surmise that Julius Caesar’s time has come, in the Age of Aquarius.
Who says it will all end in a whimper?
