Joe Biden (November 20, 1942)
I can see how this is shaping up: two moderates decide to ditch their Democratic Presidential Nomination campaigns and endorse the ‘presumptive’ front runner. Only Joe Biden is not the front runner, Bernie Sanders is. This is an attempt to derail Sanders’ nomination. Now, if Elizabeth Warren had also cut and run, they would have had a level playing field. But she’s still in it to limit Sanders’ votes. It’s Super Tuesday in the USA.

No one really knows what time of day Joe Biden was born, but the consensus is 8:30 am.
And this works well enough for our purposes: a double Finger of God (Yod) pointing at the Moon and one extra inconjunction, involving Mars and Saturn.
Moon Inconjunct Venus
You need to be loved, even more than most people, particularly by your mother or another woman who takes the place of your mother. This need for love will be the force behind many of your actions. If you don’t find the love you are looking for, you will develop an insecure hunger for love from everyone you meet.
There is the danger that if you spend so much time and effort trying to get what you need, you will not be able to give love to others. Thus this aspect can mean that you indulge yourself and expect others to do everything for you. Of course, if people think that you are looking at things this way, they will not be inclined to help you. This will drive you to seek love even more and make the pattern even stronger.
Moon Inconjunct Neptune
People with this aspect often hide their real feelings and make sacrifices for others that they do not really want to make. Then they resent the person who asked for the sacrifice. You must learn to tell people how you really feel; if you do not, you have only yourself to blame for what happens. You must learn to accept that you are responsible for your own life. Do not act as if you are the victim of strong forces that you can’t control, because you can control them.
Moon Inconjunct Ascendant
This aspect ties together in you a Moon sign and a rising sign that are very different. This indicates that the image you project to other people does not reveal very much about your real feelings. When you are upset, you surprise people by showing a totally different side of your personality.
Mars Inconjunct Saturn
This can be a difficult aspect because it signifies a conflict between your sense of responsibility and your desire to fulfill your own needs and do what you want. This leads to a struggle within you that may keep you from acting decisively. Instead of deciding what you will do, you feel caught between these two forces, wondering whether you have the right to do what you want. You may feel that others are trying to frustrate you, but it is your own indecisiveness that is causing the trouble. Sometimes this conflict makes you very irritable and resentful about nothing in particular. Then, when someone happens to act in a way that is obviously annoying, you focus all your built-up anger on that person.
The Next President?

As I look at his chart comparison with the next administration, I see how the focus is on the transiting Moon. So, the Yods from Biden’s birth chart are echoed here. That may be a good thing, but I doubt it.
However, what do I know?
What the Universe decides is far beyond my understanding or control.
