Joseph Goebbels (October 29, 1897 – May 1, 1945)
This is going to seem to be a bit of a stretch, so I’m asking you to indulge me as I work through the prior lives of two prominent American political pundits, Roger Stone and Steve Bannon. Surprised? You shouldn’t be: we’ve seen something similar before when Thomas Edison returned as Elon Musk and horned in on Nikola Tesla’s reputation by ‘borrowing’ his name for one of Musk’s vehicles.

Joseph Goebbels‘ chart is considered correct, but might be one hour out according to other astrology websites. This one was already on my Kepler 7.0 program. There is one inconjunct:
Mars Inconjunct Pluto
You have a strong will and always want to have your own way. But very often it seems as if tremendous forces are working to prevent you from getting what you want. If you have this problem, it is because of the way you go about trying to achieve your ends. If you put too much force into your desire to get something, you may unknowingly alienate people because your aggressive manner shows that you will let nothing stop you from getting what you want. Even if that isn’t the way you really feel about it, you should recognize that your forcefulness creates this impression.

Could Goebbels have reincarnated as Roger Stone? Let’s see:

Yes, there are links, but I’m not entirely sure that they are definitely conclusive of reincarnation. But there’s something about Stone that ‘reminds’ me of Goebbels…
Hermann Goering (January 12, 1893 – October 15, 1946)
That smug look is also reminiscent of someone well known for revealing what’s going on and refusing to name his sources.

Again, Hermann Goering‘s birth chart was already on my Kepler 7.0 program. I won’t argue with it, since it shows a very powerful Yod pointing at Uranus and a second one pointing at Jupiter.
Moon Inconjunct Jupiter
This aspect indicates that you have a positive, optimistic outlook on life, and you enjoy socializing with good friends. However, there are some dangers with this aspect. First, it can be a sign that you are self-indulgent and possibly even selfish, although this is not likely to happen if you have a good, strong relationship with your mother. You have a great need to be cared for and supported, to be accepted for what you are with no strings attached. If this need is fulfilled, the positive side of this aspect will flourish. But if your mother does not support your needs fully, you will feel insecure and will look elsewhere for support and fulfillment. In this case your concern will be totally for yourself with little thought for other people’s needs.
Mars Inconjunct Uranus
You have a tendency to be rash and impulsive, which may get in your way. If matters proceed too slowly, you are likely to make a sudden move that upsets the whole situation and forces you to start over again. You must learn to be patient if you want to achieve your objectives.
Jupiter Inconjunct Midheaven
The problem with this aspect is to find a balance between, on the one hand, expressing yourself creatively, perhaps artistically, and having a good time and, on the other hand, getting ahead in life, learning the ways of the world and finding an acceptable role in society. You know you will have to make sacrifices in order to accomplish anything of value.
Uranus Inconjunct Neptune (1893-1896)
This aspect indicates a generation that had mixed feelings about its ideals and how to implement them. They often felt very confused about their ideals, and when they found that their ideals failed because they were badly formulated, this group became disillusioned. States of consciousness beyond the ordinary are very confusing to them, and they prefer not to get involved with such matters.
Uranus Inconjunct Pluto (1892-1894)
This aspect indicates changes in the world of the people who were born at these times, changes that were difficult to understand because they were very revolutionary but subtle in many ways. The people born during this period experienced the consequences of these changes through having to fight in the First World War.

Hmm. My instinct tells me that this individual definitely reincarnated as Steve Bannon:

I think this is a better ‘fit’ than the previous one. However, I want to remind everyone that both these two Nazi propagandists chose to commit suicide rather than face execution or imprisonment. Is this a warning for Stone and Bannon? Perhaps.

Just for a lark, I compared Goebbels’ charts with Bannon, and Goering’s with Stone and it seems that there might be an aspect of generational fascism operating here…

I don’t know if I should do this… morality and all that… but you only live once… (no, of course you don’t.) But… you remember my ‘Napoleon reincarnates as the most successful football manager of his time’ thing? Let’s just say that the football dugout probably isn’t the only bunker these three were together in, 4435.jpg (1900×1140) (guim.co.uk), and to give you a fourth, Pep Lijnders is Goering, they look so close could be the same person, 23147580-7864767-image-a-53_1578488228588.jpg (634×540) (dailymail.co.uk). It’s all a hard one to take, all things considered, but everyone deserves a new chance, I guess, and we’re all part of a process we don’t understand, I guess. The thought of these guys watching WW2 docs and the Downfall movie spooks me out a lot. I’ve been thinking that sometimes there are things you just shouldn’t know.

Most people return with their soul memory wiped clean. (In other words, with a seemingly clean slate.) The karmic lessons will still come back to haunt them, eventually. As Edgar Cayce’s Source used to say, “For, know that each soul constantly meets its own self. No problem may be run away from. Meet it now!”
