The Philadelphia Experiment (October 28, 1943)

Most people consider this story to be science fiction. And the film, in 1984, made it into a nightmare.

Using the nominal date of October 28, 1943, at noon, I have raised a chart.

Instantly, the two conjunctions of the Sun and the Moon in the 10th House (of Career) and Mars and Saturn in the 6th House (of Service) definitely alludes to an Armed Forces’ experiment in the middle of WWII. But there are no inconjuncts, which means that there are no hidden agendas. So, the simple answer to the question in the title of this post is “No.”
