The Road Ahead
The House of Representatives vote to impeach Donald Trump showed the full extent of the political divide in the United States. Most Democrats voted ‘yes’ and all Republicans ‘no’. This Presidency has been the most polarizing since… Obama’s.
Notice that there’s only one inconjunct in this chart. Let’s examine that:
Neptune Inconjunct Ascendant
This aspect can be a sign that you feel you must give way to others in order to get along with them. This can take two forms, both of which will be difficult to handle while you are young. The less positive form is simply yielding to all outside pressure and always giving in to others’ desires. This will produce unconscious feelings of resentment that you can’t express, but that makes your relationships with others rather difficult. And as you get older, if you do not learn to stand up for your rights, this problem will get worse, because you express your unconscious resentment as a martyred attitude, which makes it impossible for others to appreciate anything they get from you. Thus the results of your sacrifice are totally negative, because you are not happy with giving and they are not happy with receiving.
(OK. That seems to sum up Donald Trump’s feelings about everybody.)
But does it spell disaster? The rest of the description is hopeful.
But the other, more positive, way of dealing with this energy is by giving freely before others try to take it away from you. In order to do this, you have to feel good about yourself and confident that you will always have enough for yourself and others. One side of you likes to help and take care of people and will not feel taken by those whom you give to. In the highest expression of this aspect, what you gain for yourself will not mean as much as what you gain for others, which is the effect you should work for.
On another level entirely, you should be very careful of your health because you are unusually sensitive to certain elements in your environment. You may not be able to handle certain foods or drugs — even prescribed drugs should be handled with care — and you should avoid letting your body become weak.
In the larger scheme of things, Donald Trump will be a footnote in history. The fact that he is joining the ranks of Bill Clinton and one other president, Andrew Johnson (Tricky Dicky quit first), speaks to the reality that no one is above the law. Emperor Nero chose assisted suicide, Trump will not.
He will survive the Senate trial. But there is now a chink in his armour. By this time next year we will see what the effect of that apparent weakness has.
