In the dream, I took the rare action of an active sabotage of a business enterprise by poring barrels of oil into their water supply. As I was also working there, it seemed that I was acting as a agent provocateur.
Only after waking up did I realize that the phrase ‘pouting oil on troubled water’ applied here. Ah.
As early as the 9th Century BC, sponge divers would spread olive oil (containing the surfactant olive oil) on the water surface in attempt to reduce the irritating flickering due to surface ripples (Young, L.B. 1983; The Blue Planet. Little Brown and Co. Boston. See J.C. Scott’s paper on: The Historical Development of Theories of Wave-Calming Using Oil Rep. 81, University of Essex, Colchester, England (1977) In 1774, Benjamin Franklin read a paper to the Royal Society. describing an experiment he performed on a half-acre pond. where a tea spoon of oil, which was very rough with wind , became as smooth as a looking glass. And, there’s me, in the middle of that dream, wondering why no one came to arrest me for my ‘crime’.
And now, I’m wondering if Jesus calming the storm on the Sea of Galilee has the same inference.
I’d forgotten how good Jim Bailey‘s impersonations of famous female singers was. I was reminded by a Facebook clip of one of his appearances on “The Carol Burnett Show” yesterday. He was at the height of his fame in 1973, when the above photograph was taken.
.
.
These days, it’s far more ‘normal’ that a man dresses up as a woman to impersonate one. In the late 60’s and early 70’s, Bailey’s impersonations were phenomenal. What made him able to do this so well?
Ah, yes: Neptune in the 12th House (of the Unconscious) in opposition to Mars and Saturn. Combine that with the Moon/Uranus conjunction, inconjunct to the Ascendant, and Pluto in opposition to the Sun and Jupiter, inconjunct to Mercury and you have the makings of s great performer.
Notice that the opening caption shows a wrong birth year of 1949. Bailey’s go-to position seems to be to laugh, mostly at himself. We will never see the like of him again.
It’s a story as old as mankind. Think back to the Garden of Eden. The Serpent entices Eve with the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. When he offers it to her, she takes a bite (and then shares it with Adam). I know it’s a metaphor, but it works as a way to discuss the power dynamic between men and women.
Trump was the ‘star’ of the American version of “The Apprentice”. By 2006, after two seasons, it was proving to be a hit with the American viewing public. It gave Trump superb name recognition. It also gave him a way to make out with beautiful women, even though he was newlywed to Melania. The “Access Hollywood” tape was recorded in September 2005. Bear that in mind.
After meeting Stormy Daniels at a Lake Tahoe golf tournament, Trump wanted to get her onto his show. But first he wanted to get to know her on a more intimate level, hence the casting couch moment.
After that, he called her regularly for about a year. His nickname for her was:.
Finally, there was radio silence between them, until the tape from the Billy Bush interview, off camera, was publicized in the last weeks of the 2016 Presidential election campaign. Then, Stormy Daniels decided the time was right to strike, while the proverbial iron was hot. The rest is history.
Now, we’re in the middle of Stormy Daniels’ testimony. What Trump avoided having the voting public hear in 2016, is on full display in his election interference case in a Manhattan court room right now.
Sun Myung Moon (January 6, 1920 – September 3, 2012)
His name references both the Sun and the Moon, with “shining” as his family name. Was he the Promised One? That’s a matter of speculation. My job is to separate fact from fiction, astrologically.
Notice that the Sun and the Moon are in opposition. Also notice that his birth date is January 6th. That makes an interesting echo, when you consider that Edgar Cayce said Jesus was born on that day.
The Sun is inconjunct to the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Leo, raising a couple of red flags for me.
Sun Inconjunct Jupiter
This can be an extremely useful aspect, if you learn to have more self-control in what you do. Jupiter is always high-spirited, wanting to do and encounter everything and enjoy life thoroughly. Yet in some combinations, it means that you are unwilling to work for what you want. You may feel that you are such a fine person that you deserve to have everything done for you.

Sun Inconjunct Neptune
You are very sensitive to your environment and to the people around you. On one level of your being, you feel what is going on very acutely. Unfortunately your understanding often comes in terms that are very difficult to communicate to others, because their meaning is not clear in your own mind. Your greatest danger is in being exposed to negative people who are full of anger or depression or who act very harshly toward you and undermine your self-confidence. Your self-confidence has to be boosted at every conceivable opportunity, and it would be very destructive for you to be criticized sharply, unless the person has made it very clear that he or she loves you.

Hmm.
Just for fun (?) I’m going to compare Moon’s birth chart with Jesus’ crucifixion chart. I’m looking for obvious links between them. Jesus’ South Node is conjunct Moon’s Venus; Moon’s North Node is conjunct Jesus’ Moon. Is that enough to prove reincarnation? Not really. But it does speak to the idea that Moon may have really believed he was the Messiah to the world.
Steven Hassan, a former member of Sun Myung Moon’s Unification Church who escaped from mind control and built a career as a cult deprogrammer, argues in his new book that Trump is a cult leader whose followers are captive to his wily influences. But is this president a leader whose manipulative skills allow him to control the behavior of seemingly independent thinkers?
The Election Interference Trial (The People vs Donald J Trump)
I worked in Accounts for 40 years, I know how accounting departments work. If someone tells you to cut cheques for something, you don’t ask for the boss’ approval, you follow the orders you’ve been given by your supervisor. It’s the usual chain of command. The boss’ signature on his personal cheque is proof enough of his intention to pay, especially if he is as stingy as Donald J Trump was during the first year of his presidency. (He wouldn’t spend his own money unless it was completely necessary.)
Up until yesterday, we were in the dark about how the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels’ lawyer eventually got grossed up to $420,000 payback to Michael Cohen. Now we have it in black and white.
For some reason, the other $50,000 payment paid by Michael Cohen to “Red Finch” for tech services is being overlooked, at least for now.
According to what someone, commenting on the line, said: this is for polling work for the Trump 2016 Presidential campaign. If this is part of the grossing up amount, then it implies that it was an underhanded way to bolster poll numbers. Otherwise, it would have gone through normal election expenses.
So, the question is: who (or what) is “Red Finch”?
In the show, The Signal, Sven and Paula’s 10th anniversary was St. Nicholas Day. The event at the end of the series was three months after the Paula’s original (publicized) prediction. That’s quite telling.
This is a German series, dubbed into English on Netflix. It takes an interesting premise and adds so many twists and turns to the story line that you cannot look away, in case you might miss something.
This next review does more to explain how I feel about the series than even I could say in a short period of time:
My reason for even posting this is not truly esoteric, but factual. When the coordinates of the potential landing spot are given, my ears perked up. For all intents and purposes, they were the coordinates of Megiddo: 32° N 35′ 07″, 35° E 11′ 04″. But I could be mistaken. To me, that added an element of Armageddon. That’s why I stayed rivetted to the TV until the very end of the show.
Evidently, Paula gave everyone (except her daughter) the wrong coordinates and the wrong date, on purpose. She hinted to Sven that the correct date was actually their 10th wedding anniversary. Hmm.
The Toronto Maple Leafs lose in OT in Game 7 of the first round to the Boston Bruins
OK. I admit it: I’m a diehard Leafs fan. I guess that comes from being born in Toronto. Every year, when the Stanly Cup playoffs come around again, lots of Toronto Maple Leafs supporters cross their fingers, hoping that, against all odds, they’ll make it back to the top by defeating all oncoming teams.
So, for the last 57 seasons, they have been unsuccessful to repeat their success of 1967. You could say that they’re becoming the Chicago Cubs of the NHL. But, as we always say, “Maybe next year!”
Now, this is going to be a bit esoteric, so just ride along with me for a bit, to see where it takes us.
We all know who this great king of Babylon was, but after his death, God sent his ‘son’ a message.
In the Book of Daniel, considered by scholars to be a work of historical fiction, the figure of Nebuchadnezzar differs considerably from his portrayal in the Book of Jeremiah. He is for the most part depicted as a merciless and despotic ruler. The king has a nightmare, and asks his wise men, including Daniel and his three companions Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, to interpret the dream, but refuses to state the dream’s contents. When the servants protest, Nebuchadnezzar sentences all of them (including Daniel and his companions) to death. By the end of the story, when Daniel has successfully interpreted the dream, Nebuchadnezzar shows much gratitude, showering Daniel with gifts, appointing him the governor of the “province of Babylon” and making him the chief of the kingdom’s wise men. A second story again casts Nebuchadnezzar as a tyrannical and pagan king, who, after Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refuse to worship a newly erected golden statue, sentences them to death through being thrown into a fiery furnace. They are miraculously delivered, and Nebuchadnezzar then acknowledges God as the “lord of kings” and “god of gods”. Though Nebuchadnezzar is also mentioned as acknowledging the Hebrews’ God as the true god in other passages of the Book of Daniel, it is apparent that his supposed conversion to Judaism does not change his violent character, given that he proclaims that anyone who speaks amiss of God “shall be cut in pieces and their houses shall be made a dunghill”. In a third story, Daniel interprets another dream as meaning that Nebuchadnezzar will lose his mind and live like an animal for seven years before being restored to his normal state (Daniel 1-4). The Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel, a fickle tyrant who is not particularly consistent in his faith, contrasts with the typical “servant of God” in other books of the Bible.
Given that Nebuchadnezzar is referred to as the father of Belshazzar in the Book of Daniel, it is probable that this portrayal of Nebuchadnezzar, especially the story of his madness, was actually based on Belshazzar’s actual father, Nabonidus, the last king of the Neo-Babylonian Empire (r. 556–539 BC). Separate Jewish and Hellenistic traditions exist concerning Nabonidus having been mad, and it is likely that this madness was simply reattributed to Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel through conflation. Some later traditions conflated Nebuchadnezzar with other rulers as well, such as the Assyrian Ashurbanipal (r. 669–631 BC), the Persian Artaxerxes III (r. 358–338 BC), the Seleucids Antiochus IV Epiphanes (r. 175–164 BC) and Demetrius I Soter (r. 161–150 BC) and the Armenian Tigranes the Great (r. 95–55 BC). The apocryphal Book of Judith, which probably applies the name “Nebuchadnezzar” to Tigranes the Great of Armenia, refers to Nebuchadnezzar as a “king of the Assyrians”, rather than of the Babylonians, and demonstrates that Nebuchadnezzar was still viewed as an evil king, responsible for destroying Jerusalem, looting its temple, taking the Jews hostage in Babylon, and for the various misdeeds ascribed to him in later Jewish writings.
See, I told you this was going to be convoluted. Let’s look at his death chart, set for noon.
Notice that six days were removed by converting the calendar from Julian to Gregorian. In truth, we cannot presume anything about this chart to be correct, but of the two inconjuncts in his ‘fatal’ chart, only one can be relied upon: Venus inconjunct Neptune. Hmm, interesting.
And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.
Remember how evangelical Christians saw Trump as the second coming of Cyrus the Great? What if he were Nebuchadnezzar II instead? Those aspects featuring planets @ 17° are interesting, are they not?
And, not to make to fine a point: Babylon was broken up, and its empire was scattered.
