The Act of 1871 (February 21, 1871)

One of my Facebook friends has started to reference this Act of the American Congress in terms that makes me realize that ‘something sinister’ may have occurred then.

The tone of all the previous internet blogs and discussion is that two governments were effectively (or organically) set up, one, the Republic, in place since the Declaration of Independence in 1776, and, two, a new corporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Inc.

This is not news.

“The Internal Revenue Service which collects taxation in America is also a private company, though the public believe it is part of their government. In 1863 the Bureau of Internal Revenue was formed to collect taxation, but in 1933, that year again, came the start of another coup on the American people. Three members of the Prescott Bush circle, Helen and Clifton Barton and Hector Echeverria, formed the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service, registered in Delaware, America’s flag of convenience state, where few questions are asked. Although David Icke is only pontificating on the IRS, here, we can see that the American people think their Republic is running the show, when it’s not. But is there really anything problematic about that?

My choice of 9:00 am for the signing of this Act was ‘inspired’. The proof is the pivotal position that the Midheaven takes, and especially that Jupiter inconjunct Midheaven.

Later in life, you will enter a critical period when your need for personal satisfaction and freedom force you to change jobs or even careers. When you have learned more about the world, you will understand how to make changes intelligently, but now you should discipline your Jupiterian drive for freedom and learn what you need to know to take over your own destiny. You should learn as much as possible about any subject or skill that will make you more aware of the larger world. Travel or foreign study would be beneficial, if that is possible. The more you know about how you fit into the larger scheme of life, the easier it will be to make the right decision when you have to change to a more rewarding and personally satisfying course.

Conclusion

Because the conspiracy theorists have focused on the Rothschild family as if they ‘own’ the USA, I should remind everyone that a legal entity has to be incorporated in order to limit personal liability. No loans could ever be made to an unincorporated municipality, state or country. That may seem to be ‘wrong’, but I can only imagine how difficult life could have been for the USA without bankers lending the country money, when (for example) a civil war had effectively bankrupted it.

My adoptive father told one of my sisters that she should never get into debt, by not borrowing money for anything. Her response? How can I buy a home unless I have a mortgage? He was never a homeowner, being a minister, he always had the housing provided for himself and his family. Later, when he was pensioned off, he had to pay rent, instead.

Let’s not look for scapegoats, people. The debt load of the USA is in the multiple trillions! The American people have had a reasonably good run as a Republic. So, that ‘freedom’ of choice comes with a price. Welcome to the real world!
