The Astrological Revolution

While researching images for a reincarnational post on Facebook, I came across this book. Of course, I had to buy it! If nothing else, it will prove the things I’ve been saying since I was in my mid-teens. Take, for example, this quote from Rudolf Steiner:
When individuals pass through the gate of death, they die under a certain configuration of stars. Such a configuration is significant for an individual’s further life of soul, since it remains as an imprint. The endeavor to enter the same configuration at a new birth remains in one’s soul to do justice once again to the forces received at the moment of death. It is an interesting point that, if one works out the configuration at death and compares it with the configuration of the later birth, one finds that it closely coincides with the configuration at the previous death.
Life Between Death and Rebirth, page 97, November 28, 1912
On its own, this is wonderful confirmation! But, other than David Wilcock and Edgar Cayce, the reality is a bit more fuzzy. For example, if a person dies in one life and is born again before the year is out, the larger, slower planets will not move too far. So, it’s the smaller, more personal planets that need to recreate the energy of the person.
In my experience, this happens more easily when the lives being compared are centuries, and even millennia, apart.
And there are little hints, as we saw with Adolf Hitler and “John Doe”, that echo of a connection, but don’t necessarily lock the two lives into sync with each other.
So, watch this space…
