Rap Song? The Rapid Fire Delivery Suggests So

Like a Rolling Stone (1965)

As far as I know, Rap music didn’t exist in 1965. But when Bob Dylan wrote and performed this song, something changed, permanently.

I saw, somewhere, that Dylan even surprised himself when the first four lines came to him in the writing process. It was like a ghost doing the writing for him. I know that feeling well. For sure, he inspired some of my own mid-60’s poetry.

The best song, ever.

The Day a Complete Unknown Changed Music History

Like a Rolling Stone (June 16, 1965)

It’s a piece of rock history that became legendary. Al Kooper wanted to watch a Bob Dylan recording session, so, when he was invited, he jumped at the chance. The rest is the stuff of musical myth-making..

Notice all the details contained in this video.

That inconjunct linking the Sun and the Moon is interesting, for sure. The missing element? Al Kooper.

Al Kooper (February 5, 1944)

Two Yods? That’ll do nicely: one pointing at Mercury, the other at Venus. The Mercury Yod is formed by inconjuncts to Jupiter and Saturn. The Venus Yod is formed by inconjuncts to Mars and Pluto. (This last one is where he had the hutzpah to attempt something he’d never done before.)

The Sun and Moon in the Rolling Stone chart triggered one half of of Kooper’s Mercury Yod, while the event Moon was inconjunct with Kooper’s Jupiter, the other half of the same Yod. His future fame was made manifest, for sure.

The Revolution of a 60’s Folk Singer-Songwriter

A Complete Unknown (2024)

Coincidental? I write about the feud between John Lennon and Bob Dylan yesterday, and then I find this film on Crave last night.

The day that Dylan went electric at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965 has gone down in history of folk music as a betrayal of his fans. But, as one who basically ignored Dylan before that reinvention of his music, I became an ardent fan afterwards. Other performers have done similar switching as an evolution of their art, without too much fuss, with the exception of Madonna. This film covers the time before his motorcycle accident in 1966.

Bob Dylan (May 24, 1941)

I knew there had to be something in Dylan’s chart that would point to his need to change things up, all the time. The Yod (Finger of God) pointing at his Moon/Saturn conjunction in the 5th House is made up of inconjuncts to the Ascendant and Midheaven. His birth time would have to be very accurate to have this configuration exist.

Motorcycle Accident (July 29, 1966)

Yes, this is a classic “exit point”. The accident’s Saturn is conjunct Dylan’s South Node, while the accident’s North Node is conjunct Dylan’s Moon/Saturn conjunction (as the point of his Yod). No wonder he stepped away from the spotlight for a decade. A lot of speculation accompanied the crash.

Did he need an excuse?

At Fifteen, I was Oblivious to This “Feud”

John Lennon vs. Bob Dylan

Admittedly, “Rubber Soul” showed a different side of The Beatles. They started using acoustic guitars, for example. And there’s a tacit agreement that this change was a direct result of meeting Bob Dylan in London in 1964, and ‘partying’ with him.

So, the question remains: who ‘borrowed’ what from whom?

Sound familiar?

Hmm.

There’s a New Egregore in Town

Egregore

I was watching a YouTube video last night that purported to be an ‘interview’ with Jesus. Ordinarily, I would avoid such videos, since the idea of ‘talking’ with a departed spirit via dowsing rods is anathema.

What proved fascinating was the fact that a lot of my bits of ‘hidden’ knowledge were refuted by some of the answers to the questions asked. For example, did Jesus have an X and Y chromosome? Yes. Was Jesus’ hair dark brown? Yes. Is the image on the Turin Shroud an accurate depiction of Jesus? Yes.

Perhaps, this just proves that if enough people believe something, it takes on a life of its own, an egregore.

Maybe Jesus has become one, too, as Yeshua.

It Didn’t Occur to Me that the Conservatives Would Rebel

Pierre Poilievre’s Leadership is in Trouble

When I compared the 2025 Budget with Carney’s birth chart, I neglected to see how it would affect Poilievre.

Did he not see that his actions and words were divisive? He didn’t read the temper of the country, nor his caucus. One Conservative MP crossed the floor to the Liberals. Another decided to resign. As Poilievre is going to face a review of his leadership in January, 2026, I suspect he will be booted from the role.

The flipflop of the Nodes gives a definite clue, plus the (almost) exact conjunction between the Budget’s Part of Fortune with Poilievre’s Pluto @ 16° Libra. He’s toast.

Hmm.

Who Says They are No Mo’?

The Nommo of Dogon Fame

I’ve been writing about the “Watchers” (the sons of God who fell from Heaven into the arms of the daughters of Men). It should have been obvious that the Dogon creation myth would be an echo of the Fallen Angels story.

Nommos are also referred to as “Masters of the Water”, “the Monitors“, and “the Teachers”

Wikipedia

That sounds an awful lot like Enoch’s version of Creation, the Garden of Eden, and the Flood. It makes sense, if you put two-and-two together: the Fallen Angels weren’t destroyed by the Flood and neither were their offspring, the Nephilim. They were water creatures.

The Shape of Water (2017)

When this film came out in 2017, we were slightly bemused. Imagine if you will that there was an amphibious creature that could mate with a human woman. Preposterous, eh? Well, maybe not.

Hmm. Is it just a ‘fairy tale’?

Yesterday’s Post Brings Me Back to My Discovery in ’96

Jesus was Effeminate

Sacrilege, eh? We are so fixated on strong men, we forget that Jesus may not have been very masculine.

In my manuscript, “The Star of Bethlehem” I even suggested that ‘he’ may have been a woman.

After all, stranger things have happened under the Sun.

Think about it.
