Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust
I woke up this morning to this phrase running through my head. Why? Because I had a dream about cremations last night. It was disturbing due to the involvement of a dog (not Buddy). I feel haunted.

Pretty good, eh?

I’m not a super fan of Maggie Q, but this new Prime Video series shows her at her most thoughtful and sensitive. She is more than a fighting machine, here. But her vulnerability is also her strength.
I find it kind of quirky that a UK series, featuring a cop digging up old cold case files is called Dept. Q. Hmm. Is there some kind of synchronicity going on?
The ‘chickens coming home to roost’ comment is intentional. Several times toward the ending of season 1, Ballard and Parker seem to be congratulating themselves for putting the bad guy away. That’s hubris. No sooner do they relax than something else comes up, and it’s obvious that their work is never going to be done. That’s how you also get a cliffhanger final episode to carry the show into season 2.
And, just in case you’re interested, I already have a theory of whodunit.

O beautiful for halcyon skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the enameled plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till souls wax fair as earth and air
And music-hearted sea!O beautiful for pilgrim feet,
Whose stern, impassioned stress
A thoroughfare for freedom beat
Across the wilderness!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till paths be wrought through wilds of thought
By pilgrim foot and knee!O beautiful for glory-tale
Of liberating strife,
When once and twice, for man’s avail,
Men lavished precious life!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till selfish gain no longer stain
The banner of the free!O beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee,
Till nobler men keep once again
Thy whiter jubilee!(Original poem, written in 1893)

Hmm.

Are we clear?

These days, we look at Tom Hanks and think, “He’s a superstar.” But once upon a time, he wasn’t. This is the film that made him famous, and he’s never looked back.
It was on TV last night. We got two-thirds of the way through, before our bed called to us. In fact, we stopped watching at the point where Josh begins a ‘grown-up’ relationship with Susan. So, we didn’t have to watch his ‘adult’ life at all, because up to this point he was having a teenage experience in a mature body. We all know what that’s like, before the worries of a ‘real’ job got to us.

This timing is considered ‘excellent;’. That makes the T-square very potent: Mars (in Pisces) in opposition to a Virgo Ascendant, both square to the Venus/Midheaven conjunction in Gemini. His need for love and approval is paramount to his wellbeing. If you watch his publicity interviews you can see this dynamic in action. His Sun may be in Cancer, but the stellium of planets in Leo (including the Moon) means that he won’t be satisfied until he’s the best. It makes his appearance in A Man Called Otto all the more significant, since he was playing against type (he was a ‘grump’ in other words).

The night of the premiere, another stellium emerged, this time in Capricorn. Notice, too, that the Moon in Aquarius is conjunct the Descendant. There is one inconjunct, linking Mars in Scorpio with Jupiter in Aries. The T-square, this time, has the Moon in opposition to a Leo Ascendant, both square to the Mars/Pluto conjunction. This film was destined to hit the Big time.

The combined charts show a very ‘hot’ opposition to Hank’s natal Venus/Midheaven conjunction.
Obviously, the film hit the right “note” with the public.
Tom Hanks won a Golden Globe for his performance.

Depending on which side of the political divide one happens to be, this conspiracy theory seems to be true or completely ridiculous. At the heart of this situation is a problem that Americans have: are the rich and famous abusing children? The simple answer is “Yes!” but the story doesn’t involve a pizza restaurant. It involves Jeffrey Epstein and his sordid ‘little’ sexual escapades.

The guilty must be made accountable for their actions. We must never forget.

For a change, we went on Prime Video to see what’s been playing, lately. This one came up, so, for fun, we watched it. Admittedly, it’s full of violence, but the jokes kept coming, so we watched until the end.
After it was over, Susan said to me, “Great music.” Well, that’s one thing going for it.
The other thing is the clash of egos between John Cena’s President Derringer (WMD), and Idris Elba’s Prime Minister Clark (Sam). One starred in some badass Hollywood movies, the other was an actual war hero. Both can kick butt, but adversity is what brings them together, in order to survive.
As Clark said, “I died on that plane and this is hell.”
Clark’s love interest is played by Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Noel). Since she first starred in Quantico, she has shown her ability to play a tough-to-kill secret agent in many a film.
The three of them work together to defeat the bad guys, so I guess this post should have been called ‘three heads are better tan one’.
Anyway, have fun with it. With all the recent talk of NATO these days, it’s nice to see something topical.

It might answer a few questions, if, in fact, he hadn’t really died. For one thing, Cash Peters would be correct in the fact that he cannot get Epstein to ‘cross over’ in Cash’s empathic imagination. And Karen, on her YouTube platform “Ask the Spirit Guides”, specifically asked Epstein’s higher self if he is still alive, yesterday, and got a “Yes” response.
That question then links to that image of someone being wheeled on a gurney out of his prison cell with an oxygen mask over his face. If he was dead, would he even need an oxygen mask? Or was it just a way of hiding the identity of the body?

Something is not quite right, here.
